"Everything was fine with the company until my son had an accident. Then a few months later someone hit his car and they put the fault on him, so they called to tell us that we needed to remove him from insurance because he was a high risk. We ended up leaving the company, the three of us. What is the point of having an insurance if they are going to kick you out when something happens?"
"Hello Eva, Unfortunately claim frequency will cause most insurance companies to remove the risk (your son in this case) from the household unless they specialize in high risk which also comes with higher premiums. Once his driving record/claims clear up in 3 years, he may be eligible for State Farm again. We would love to have the opportunity to welcome you back one day!"
